Appointments & Cancellations-


Appointments are non-refundable if:

  • rescheduled within 24 hours

  • canceled within 24 hours

  • no-show

  • Covid-19 Guidelines are not met 



For the protection of our staff and customers please reschedule if anyone in your household is not feeling well (Cold, Flu, Covid). 

  • Please reschedule if anyone in your household has any of of the following symptoms (14 days prior to scheduled appointment) : Congestion, runny nose, sore throat, fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea. 

  • Please reschedule if anyone in your household has been exposed to covid-19 14 days prior to scheduled appointment.

Covid tests do NOT make you exempt from these guidelines.

Late Arrivals

We have a 5 minute grace period, after that 5 minutes your appointment time may be reopened and/or given away. If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call the salon and let us know. We will do our best to still accommodate you, but in some cases you may need to reschedule.  


Unfortunately under our state license we are not allowed to treat or perform any services if your child has head-lice.
