Appointments & Cancellations-

  • We accept cancellations 24hours prior to your appointment time.  Any services not canceled according this policy will be charged the full amount of booked services. 

  • Please be prompt to your appointment time in order for us to have the full duration that your service needs! We want to be respectful of your reserved time as well as the next guest’s appointment.

  • Families that arrive 10+ minutes late to the appointment may need to reschedule their appointment and will be charged in full.  

Appointments will be charged in full if: 

No-Show

Canceled within 24 hours

Rescheduled within 24 hours 

 

Illness-

If anyone in your household is not feeling well, exhibiting covid-19 symptoms, or has tested positive for covid-19 in the last 10 days, please reschedule as soon as possible (you will NOT be charged a cancellation fee).

  • Covid, Cold, Flu Symptoms  (must wait 10 days, see list below)

  • Covid Positive  (must wait 10 days)

  • Close contact/exposure  (must pcr test after 5 days or wait 10 days)

  • Travel out of the U.S.   (must wait 10 days)

Symptoms Include:  

  • Congestion

  • Runny Nose

  • Fever or Chills

  • Cough

  • Sore throat

  • Vomiting

  • Shortness of Breath or Difficulty Breathing

  • Fatigue, Muscle or Body Aches

  • Headache

  • New loss of Taste or Smell

  • Nausea

  • Diarrhea.

Lice-

Unfortunately under our state license we are not allowed to treat or perform any services if your child has head-lice.
